Out of Network Benefits

If we are not an in-network provider for your plan, you may still have out-of-network mental health therapy benefits. These benefits typically offer partial reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network providers. We can provide you with a detailed superbill, which includes all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance plan to understand your out-of-network coverage and how to submit the superbill.

Out-of-Pocket Costs for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

We collaborate with a platform called Journey Clinical, where you will receive your medical consultation and medication for KAP after your clinician refers you.

Journey Clinical currently accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, and Cigna Evernorth for your medical appointment. Below are the costs associated with KAP sessions, including both covered and out-of-pocket expenses

Below is a summary of the costs:

• Initial Medical Consultation: $250 (Processed through BCBS, Aetna, or Cigna Evernorth)
• Cost of Medication: $85 (Enough for 2 sessions)
• Psychotherapy: One hour covered by BCBS, additional hours are $140.
• Integration and Preparation sessions: Covered by BCBS based on your plan.

For ongoing treatment, the follow-up medical consultation is $150, and the cost of medication is $145 (enough for up to 6 dosing sessions). Psychotherapy costs remain the same.
